I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (DC, VA), ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), Clinical Supervisor and Counselor Educator with experience helping people navigate ADHD related concerns, build emotional clarity, self-worth, and healthier relationships.I approach therapy with intention: grounded in research, responsive to your needs, and focused on helping you move forward without judgment or pressure. We’ll work together to understand what’s getting in the way, and what can shift. Whether that’s in how you show up for yourself, your work, or your relationships.
